Rent2Play Ltd – Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, and we aim to be fair while covering costs already spent on your booking (equipment, staff, vehicles, and setup).

Orders up to £100: Cancel before 12:00 noon on the Friday before your event to avoid a fee. Cancellations after this or on the day incur a 50% fee.

Orders £100–£200: Cancel 7+ days in advance to avoid a fee. Cancel within 7 days up to 12:00 noon the day before: 15% fee. Cancel after this or on the day: 50% fee.

Orders £200–£400: Cancel 7+ days in advance: no fee. Cancel within 7 days up to 12:00 noon the day before: 20% fee. Cancel after this or on the day: 50% fee.

Orders over £400: 25% fee applies for any cancellation. After 12:00 noon the day before or on the day: 50% fee.

Important:

. Items not fitting your venue or refusal of delivery on arrival: 50% fee.

. To avoid penalties, provide Cancellation Confirmation to our team.
