We offer delivery of all our equipment to towns and cities within a 50-mile radius of York. This includes, but is not limited to:

York, Harrogate, Leeds, Selby, Scarborough, Ripon, Doncaster, Hull, Thirsk and Malton - call us for your bespoke delivery service.

Hire Safety Guidance

Weather conditions: At Rent2Play, safety is paramount to operations. Inflatables must not be used if wind speeds exceed the manufacturer’s recommended limit. Industry guidance sets a maximum wind speed around 24 mph. Weather forecasts can be checked via the Met Office. If wind conditions are unsafe at the time of setup, we will need to cancel the booking for safety reasons.

Risk Assessment

A comprehensive risk assessment of your event site is highly recommended. A risk assessment cannot completely remove all risks, however, it plays a vital role in identifying potential hazards and ensuring suitable measures arein place to manaage the risk. At Rent2Play our risk assessment is guided by the Health & Saftety Executive, Brititish Inflatable Hires Association and years of industry experience.
